Preimplantation Genetic Diagnosis (PGD)



  • British national trained in the UK
  • Fellow of the Royal College of Obstetricians & Gynaecologists
  • Fully registered with the GMC with a license to practice in the UK
  • 20 years of experience
PGD screens embryos for specific genetic and chromosomal abnormalities, so that only healthy embryos are selected and transferred to the uterus.

PGD is applied when there is a high risk of inherited disease, family history of chromosomal abnormality, recurrent miscarriages, etc.
